1. B2B Service Provision

This service is strictly provided for Business-to-Business (B2B) use. By registering an account and purchasing credits, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a registered legal entity. The service is provided by Omega Orionis Oy (FI33600758), based in Tampere, Finland.

2. Payment & Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns regarding payments. VAT is handled via Reverse Charge for applicable EU businesses.

3. Credits and Refunds

Purchased credits are non-refundable once used. If a document analysis fails due to a system error, the credit is automatically refunded to the user's account balance. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of the AI extraction; users are responsible for validating critical data.

4. Shared Accounts

Credit balances are tied to the specific user account (Firebase UID). Credits can be used interchangeably across supported Omega Orionis applications (e.g., EPD Extractor and ESG Extractor) operating under the same infrastructure.
