What documents does the extractor support?
The tool is optimized for Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) and Building Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) reports. Regardless of the originating European country, the AI identifies primary energy metrics, heating systems, and building years.
How does pricing and billing work?
We operate on a strict B2B Pay-As-You-Go model. You can purchase packages of 10 Credits for €19.90. One credit equals one successfully processed document. Payments and VAT reverse charges are handled securely via Paddle.
Is the data extraction strictly English?
Yes. Even if you upload an EPC in Finnish, German, or Swedish, the output table and CSV export will map the values to standard English terminology (Energy Class, E-Value, Heating System) to unify your portfolio data.
Do you store my PDF files?
No. PDFs are processed in memory within our Google Cloud infrastructure via the Gemini API and are discarded immediately after the JSON response is generated. We do not store your documents permanently.
